Timber Ridge Estates was originally conceived and surveyed by the developers in 2004. At that time, there was only electricity and phone service along Timber Ridge Lake Rd in Alamance County and no private road or homes off of Spoon Lane. Since 2005, progress at Timber Ridge Estates has had:

Bunton Drive was designed to NCDOT standards for county subdivision roads. It is currently a priviate road until and unless 4 or more residents apply for county maintenance to take over care of the Bunton Drive.

Phase I building sites are Lots 1 through 6. These are the lots that border on Timber Ridge Lake Road and Spoon Lane. Phase II has building sites numbered 7 through 12 and these lots are accessible from Bunton Drive. All lots are at least 2 acres +/- and feature rolling terrain.
