Copies of the actual legal filings must be obtained from the Alamance County Register of Deeds in Graham NC.

No out-buildings allowed on septic fields
All building plans must be approved by an Architectural Committee before transfer of deed.
Bring your own Custom Builder or we can find one for you.
Building sites can be purchased for future construction.
Septic System Improvement Permit and information is on file with the Alamance County Health Department. Special Note: Permits are non-expiring.
